Under circumstances where you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase, Kassa offers a return policy where you can return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, store credit or exchange, depending on your choice. Returns will be issued if the items are returned in the condition they were dispatched along with original packaging and tags in place. If we receive an item that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, it will not be accepted for returns/exchange.
