Molina offers a return policy only if the received jewelry is damaged or defective. You can issue a return for exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery. Ensure to notify about the defect within 48 hours of delivery. For products that do not satisfy you or make you happy or satisfy, will not be returned but only exchanged. You can issue for another jewelry in exchange of previous within 10 days of delivery. Returns will be processed if the items are returned in the condition they were dispatched along with original packaging and tags in place. If we receive an item that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, it will not be accepted for exchange.
Because all of our products are handcrafted, each product is unique and can be slightly different from each other.

Please note that the products purchased under sale or any seasonal offers and bespoke/customized products are not subject to refund/exchange. Postage/shipping charges for the return of the item must be paid by the customer.
