We offer a return policy only if the received jewelry is damaged or defective. You can issue a return for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Ensure to notify about the defect within 48 hours of delivery. For products that do not satisfy you or make you happy or satisfy, will not be returned but only exchanged. You can issue for another jewelry in exchange of previous within 7 days of delivery. Returns will be processed if the items are returned in the condition they were dispatched along with original packaging and tags in place.
