Our studios can get busy, but we may be able to accommodate walk-ins. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking your appointment in advance.
Yes, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Missed or same-day cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit.
- Lobe piercings: Minimum age is 10. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian, with valid government-issued IDs for both.
- Cartilage piercings: Minimum age is 16. A government-issued ID is required for age verification.
We only accept original, government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driver’s license. Photocopies are not permitted.
We cannot pierce you if:
- You've taken blood thinners, consumed alcohol, or used recreational drugs in the last 24 hours
- You're pregnant or breastfeeding
- You haven’t eaten at least 4 hours prior
- You've applied numbing cream within 24 hours
You have certain health conditions (e.g. epilepsy) without a doctor’s note

You can get up to three piercings per appointment. We allow only two cartilage piercings per ear per session. Final count depends on your anatomy and placement suitability.
We pierce using flat-back studs and hoops in high-quality titanium and 14k gold. Final selection depends on your anatomy and placement, as assessed by your piercer.
Yes, our 14k gold piercing jewelry is available online with a shorter post for healed piercings. Titanium pieces are currently only available in-store.
