- No custom duties charged when shipping within India.
- GST charges will be levied as per your state policies.
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Tanzire does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Tanzire does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under our control. As we're based out of India and Hong Kong, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Tanzire is associated with the most trusted, reputed, and secure carrier services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, Blue Dart, and more to ensure the orders reach you at the earliest and in the safest condition.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking id on your email and/or text message.
You can then track your item using the tracking id on the carrier service’s website.
You can also log in to your Tanzire account and track items from your profile. Click on my account>my orders>tracking id.
If you’ve placed an order by mistake or have changed your mind, you can cancel your order by sending an email to us within 24 hours. However, if the order has been shipped, the cancellation will not be processed. For more information, you can email us at email@example.com

Returns and Exchanges
Decisions take time, so we’re happy to offer a 3 day return and exchange period on all our products as long as they’re sent back in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Unfortunately, we will not being accepting returns related to engraved or monogrammed items unless they are faulty by make.
Please also note that any products bought during a sale can only be exchanged, not returned.

Please note your original shipping fee or COD charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of India may have duties and taxes incurred, you are responsible for paying these fees.
First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to email@example.com. Our Customer Support Team will be happy to help resolve it!

Don’t forget to include the following:
- The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us to track down the order)
- The address where the jewelry will be shipped from
- The email address associated with your Tanzire account.
- Please exclusively mention the reason for the exchange/return.
- In case of a damaged product, please provide a picture as well.
All returns will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days of the return package reaching us. However, this period may be extended to 30 business days during busy times of the year.
Please note shipping costs and COD charges are not refundable.
Product Care and Materials
Yes. All of our products come from niche designers, who go through various screening processes before we list them on Tanzire. Each of them is dedicated to handcrafting their pieces of jewelry with utmost finesse. Craftsmanship and quality are our highest priorities.
Keep it away from water, H20 will oxidize the sterling silver over time. But, the good part is, the oils in your skin keep it from corroding, so wear it often. Keep your 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry in a dark, cool, and dry place.
Keep it away from water and sweat, so no showering or working out wearing the jewelry. Never use chemical cleaners to clean the jewelry, it can possibly strip the gold finish. Use a very soft, microfiber cloth for cleaning the jewelry, and keep it in a pouch.
Keep them shining and sparkling by cleaning them with soap and water. Dip a brush in the water and clean your jewelry with that. Do not use chemicals or excessive temperature to clean the piece.

Since our jewelry comes from different parts of the world, we do not offer any customized pieces to our customers. However, from our wide range of demi-fine varieties, you are sure to find a design that would suit your style.
Yes, we do offer gift-wrapping services to our customers.
During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and we'll make sure to include a gift receipt.
Yes, we do have digital and physical gift cards ranging from INR 2,000 to INR10,000.
Please note that Tanzire gift cards can only be used in the currency they were purchased in.

A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes, or any other type of discount.
