Shipping & Delivery

The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned with its details in the product page.

For orders within India, we offer free shipping when you pay using Debit or Credit Cards. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is a minimum charge of INR 99.

For international orders, we provide free shipping on orders with a value of $150 and above. For orders below $100, there is a minimum shipping charge of $13. Please note that the shipping timeline may vary, but on average, it takes around 4-5 business days after dispatch for your order to reach you.

We strive to ensure that your jewelry reaches you safely and promptly, so you can enjoy your Tanzire jewelry with peace of mind.

For shipments within India, there are no custom duties charged. However, GST charges will be levied as per the policies of your respective state.

For international shipments, please be aware that there may be duties and taxes incurred, and you will be responsible for these charges. It's important to note that Tanzire has no control over these fees, as they vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding the specific costs. Please keep in mind that we are unable to reimburse you for any duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Regarding foreign transaction fees, Tanzire does not charge any additional fees apart from the total amount owed for your order. Any additional fees applied would be determined by your bank and are not within our control. As we are based in India, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and apply international fees. We regret that we cannot provide refunds for any foreign transaction fees.

Tanzire is associated with the most trusted, reputed, and secure carrier services like DHL, FedEx, UPS,Blue Dart,and more to ensure the orders reach you at the earliest and in the safest condition.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking id on your email and/or text message. 

You can then track your item using the tracking id on the carrier service’s website. 

You can also log in to your Tanzire account and track items from your profile. Click on my account>my orders>tracking id. 

If you’ve placed an order by mistake or have changed your mind, you can cancel your order by sending an email to us within 24 hours. However, if the order has been shipped, the cancellation will not be processed. For more information, you can email us at info@tanzire.co

Yes, it is possible. Email your revised address to info@tanzire.co along with your order id.

Return & Exchanges

Decisions take time, so we’re happy to offer a 3 day return and exchange period on all our products as long as they’re sent back in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Unfortunately, we will not being accepting returns related to engraved or monogrammed items unless they are faulty by make.

Please also note that any products bought during a sale can only be exchanged, not returned.

Please note your original shipping fee or COD charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of India may have duties and taxes incurred, you are responsible for paying these fees. 

First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to info@tanzire.co. Our Customer Support Team will be happy to help resolve it!

Send us an email at info@tanzire.co requesting your exchange/return label. 

Don’t forget to include the following:

  • The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us to track down the order)
  • The address where the jewelry will be shipped from
  • The email address associated with your Tanzire account.
  • Please exclusively mention the reason for the exchange/return. 
  • In case of a damaged product, please provide a picture as well.  

All returns will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days of the return package reaching us. However, this period may be extended to 30 business days during busy times of the year. 

Please note shipping costs and COD charges are not refundable.

Sterling Silver:

To keep your sterling silver jewelry in its best condition, it's important to keep it away from water as H20 can oxidize the silver over time. However, the natural oils in your skin actually help prevent corrosion, so wearing it often is encouraged. When not wearing your 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry, store it in a dark, cool, and dry place.

Gold Vermeil:

To maintain the beauty of your gold vermeil jewelry, it's important to keep it away from water and sweat. Avoid wearing it while showering or working out. Chemical cleaners should never be used on gold vermeil jewelry as they can potentially strip the gold finish. Instead, gently clean the jewelry using a soft, microfiber cloth and store it in a pouch to prevent scratches.

Gemstones:

To keep your gemstone jewelry shining and sparkling, clean them with soap and water. Dip a brush in the water and gently clean your jewelry with it. Avoid using chemicals or subjecting the piece to excessive temperature changes.

Gifting

Yes, we do offer gift-wrapping services to our customers. During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and we'll make sure to include a gift receipt.

Please note that Tanzire gift cards can only be used in the currency they were purchased in.

Physical Gift Card

Simply enter the code shown on the back of the card by clicking “Apply a gift card” during step 3 of checkout.

Digital Gift Card

Enter the code by clicking “Apply a gift card” during step 3 of checkout.

The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit/debit card or PayPal. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.

Payments

You can make payments on Tanzire through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Paypal.  

Cards Accepted:  Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Diners Club, and American Express

Tanzire accepts all international credit and debit cards via Razorpay. Paypal is also accepted.

COD is applicable to all orders under INR 9,999 within India.

There can be a gateway glitch at times. In such situations, please try again. If the amount has been deducted, it will be credited back to the original form of payment. For more information, you can email us at info@tanzire.co.

A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes, or any other type of discount. Tanzire has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
