What is Tanzire’s shipping policy?
Tanzire ships the items within 1-3 days from the date of your order. The shipment’s cost during checkout will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your selected items. For international orders, items can be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country that are typically charged post the arrival of shipped goods at the country of destination. Tanzire does not hold responsibility for any of these additional charges that may apply. The buyer is responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of their delivery country. How is my order delivered to me? How secure is it?

Do you ship to an address different than my billing address?

How long does an order take to reach me?
Your order shall reach you within 14 working days from the date of order. However, there can be an early or delayed arrival depending upon the item chosen and destination. Can I ask for express shipping if I need the order earlier?
Yes, you can. The express shipping will cost you an additional charge.
If I have placed an international order, do I pay customs fees to Tanzire or courier services?
The shipping charges will be borne by Tanzire (only for the economy delivery), however, you'd have to pay the custom fees in your country.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking id on your email and/or text message if you’ve registered your mobile number from the courier service we’ve sent your item through. You can then track your item using the tracking id on the carrier service’s website. You can also login on your Tanzire account and track item from your profile. Click on my account>my orders>tracking id. Once you click on the tracking id, you will be redirected to the carrier service’s page.
Are all the items listed under Tanzire handmade?
Yes. All of our products come from niche designers, who go through various screening process before we list them under our marketplace. Each of them are dedicated to handcraft their pieces of jewelry with utmost finesse. Craftsmanship and quality are our highest priorities.
Can the quality of the jewelry be trusted?
From the metal it has been crafted in to the techniques used, we hide nothing from you about the jewelry and mention every detail on the product page. Each of our artisans use high quality materials and ensure to provide you value for money.
What is Tanzire’s returns and exchanges policy?
Tanzire is not responsible for any kind of quality defect found in the ordered product. Any such grievances are redirected to individual artisans and looked into by them. Each designer associated with us has an individual set of terms and conditions for returns/exchanges, which are mentioned under their respective pages on our website. I placed an order by mistake/changed my mind. How do I cancel the order?
If you’ve placed an order by mistake or have changed your mind, you can cancel your order by sending an email to us within 24 hours. However, if the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be processed. For more information, you can email us at info@tanzire.co
How will I get back my refund if I make a return?
Your money will get credited to the original form of payment. As each designer associated with us has an individual set of terms and conditions for returns/exchanges, which are mentioned under their respective pages on our website, the refund period will be different for each one of them. As a mediator between a designer and customer, we’ll ensure do our best to facilitate the process.
Who will pay the shipping charges for returns/exchanges orders?
For the return/exchange items, the shipping charges to Tanzire warehouse or designer’s warehouse will be beared by the customer.
If I return the order, will the customs duty be returned as well?
No. You will only receive the amount paid for the product on our website.

What should I do if my payment fails?
