The picture was a bit deceiving in terms of COLOR and LENGTH. The gold is quite bright and the length of the necklace doesn’t seem as long as shown on the model in the picture. I was a bit disappointed!
The product was delivered on 27th sep and coz I asked for an exchange due to size issue it's picked up the very next day i.e. 28th sep. Since 29th sep, I am trying to track the status of the product to be delivered. This is my first time purchase from Tanzire and coz of this horrible experience I am unable to trust you people. Kindly keep the product with you and give my money back. I don't care if the delivery company is having issues or it's the error from your end. I want a REFUND! It's a mistake to shop online from Tanzire!!!
