Decisions take time, so we’re happy to offer a 3 day return and exchange period on all our products as long as they’re sent back in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Unfortunately, we will not being accepting returns related to engraved or monogrammed items unless they are faulty by make.

Tanzire’s 365-day warranty plan has been made to help you during an unfortunate jewelry incident - such as - breakage or an unforeseen manufacturing defect, we are here to ensure that you get the needed assistance. We take the responsibility of getting your handcrafted piece replaced or repaired without any cost-bearing (excluding shipping). This will only be applicable if the product faces any of the above-mentioned damages within one year of receipt of the product.
